Cookies
All recipes are acceptable for any Low Carbohydrate diet.


Peanut Butter Maple Cookies

3/4 cup SF peanut butter(smooth or chunky)(10)
3/4 cup heavy cream(9)
3 Tables Howard's SF low carb Syrup(1)
2 tsp vanilla(0)
5 pkts Splenda(5)
2 Tbls Oat Flour(9)
1 1/2 tsp baking powder(0)

Heat oven to 375. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or spray with Pam. Mix all ingredients in a bowl blending well. Drop on cookie sheet by teaspoon fulls. Bake about 10 minutes.
Makes 2 1/2 dz.
34 carbs for the whole recipes or 1/13 carb per cookie.


Nan's Almond Devil's Food Cookies

1 heaping cup of almond flour
1/2 stick of butter melted
1 large egg
1 small box SF choc.(or flavor of choice) pudding

Mix dry ingredients together well. Melt butter and add egg, beating together well. Add to dry mix and stir to combine. Roll into small balls and flatten to desired thickness ( may chill first). Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes, turning over half way through.
Cool and frost as desired. I used a mix of SF chocolate pudding and cream cheese with unsweetened coconut added.
